On January 31st, The Beer Joint in Bryan partnered with Houston-based Loko Wrestling to host an event called “Cant Kill Texas 2.”. The event consisted of 4 different rounds of high octane wrestling to keep the audience entertained in between matches. Each round of wrestling was followed by musical performances from local bands, Full Frontal and Gobblinz.
Each match consisted of two wrestlers competing against each other with the audience playing the important role of maintaining high energy as they chant and cheer on their favorite contenders. As the night went on, the matches grew more intense, the crowd went wild as contestants tossed each other into tables and landed countless punches on one another.

He also spoke about how they see wrestling as an art form. When stepping away from the violence, it becomes more about testing the limits of the human body, merging performance and self-expression.
“Loko Wrestling brought a niche culture to life, showcasing an artform full of broken objects, blood, and theatrics,” said one enthusiastic audience member. “It was a once in a lifetime experience, and the performers brought their A-game!”
